ATS coverage
Coverage is by applicant tracking system, not by job board: any company running a supported ATS is visible the moment they post, across the US, UK and EU.
| ATS | See new jobs | Read full JD | Submit application |
|---|---|---|---|
| Greenhouse | Yes | Yes | Yes — direct |
| Lever | Yes | Yes | Yes — direct |
| Ashby | Yes | Yes | Yes — direct |
| Workable | Yes | Yes | Yes — direct |
| SmartRecruiters | Yes | Yes | Yes — direct |

| Workday | Yes | Yes | Not yet — we surface matches, you apply |
What "direct" means
Submission goes through the same structured application endpoints the employer's own careers page uses — native field mapping and native file upload for your tailored CV and cover letter. No scripted browser pretending to be you, no half-filled forms, no CAPTCHA roulette. When a role isn't on a supported ATS, we don't guess: it simply isn't auto-applied.
Why Workday is read-only
Workday's application flow is bespoke per employer, which makes reliable automated submission the hardest problem in the category. Rather than send broken applications in your name, we surface matching Workday roles in your dashboard and you apply yourself. Direct support is on the roadmap.
What this means in practice
- Most venture-backed and mid-size tech employers run Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby — the strongest coverage zone.
- Workable, SmartRecruiters and BambooHR extend coverage deep into SMEs and European employers.
- Enterprise roles on Workday still show up in your matches — they just need one manual click-through from you.
