What does applytoeverything actually do?

You upload your CV once. We watch thousands of company career pages on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and BambooHR across the US, UK and EU. The moment a fitting role drops, we tailor your CV and write a cover letter for that specific job description — in your voice, never fabricating — and submit directly to the employer's ATS. You watch every action live, or turn on auto-approve.

Is this just spray-and-pray application spam?

No — and we built it this way on purpose. Every posting is scored against your CV with semantic matching first; applications only go to roles that genuinely fit. Each CV and cover letter is tailored to the specific role, not blasted from a template. Recruiters hate AI slop for good reason; a tailored, truthful application to a role you match is the opposite of slop — it's what you'd have written yourself with unlimited time.

Which ATSes are supported?

Direct submission: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, BambooHR. Workday is read-only for now — we surface matching Workday roles, you apply yourself. Details on the ATS coverage page.

How much does it cost?

Your first 25 applications are free, no card required. Paid plans come later; early users keep generous terms.

Does it make things up on my CV?

Never. Tailoring means reordering, emphasising and rephrasing what is true in your uploaded CV. The system is explicitly built never to invent experience, employers, dates or skills.

Can I see exactly what was sent?

Yes — every application keeps the exact tailored CV PDF and cover letter submitted, a live status pipeline (Submitted → Interviewing → Offer/Rejection), and auto-classified recruiter emails.
